University Infrastructure Development

Advising Universities on Financing Infrastructure Development Projects

Ziyanda Capital is engaged with a couple of universities in West Africa (Ghana and Nigeria) in terms of the following: 

  1. Development of Student Accommodation Facilities; 
  2. Development of World-class Teaching Facilities; 
  3. Development of World-class Libraries; 
  4. Development of World-class Administration Facilities; and
  5. Development of localised solar power stations to supply university campuses with constant (on a 24-7-365 cycle) electricity. 

Hospital Projects

Expansion of Existing Hospitals

Ziyanda Capital is engaged with a couple of clients who are interested in expanding their existing private hospitals, where Ziyanda Capital is assisting with the following: 

  1. Finalisation of the architectural drawings; 
  2. Finalisation of all the engineering drawings; 
  3. Finalisation of all the costing schedules; 
  4. Finalisation of all the necessary construction agreements; 
  5. Finalisation of the Financial Models; and 
  6. Raising of the Requisite Capital. 

Renewable Energy

Development of Solar Power Stations

Ziyanda Capital is engaged in a couple of Renewable Energy development projects.

Our role in the projects is as follows: 

  1. Assisting with the finalisation of the Feasibility Studies; 
  2. Raising Capital to fund the Feasibility Studies; 
  3. Facilitating the finalisation of the Designs and the Drawings; 
  4. Facilitating the finalisation of the EIA (Environmental Impact Analysis) reports; 
  5. Facilitating the finalisation of the PPA (Power Purchase Agreements); and 
  6. Structuring, Arranging and Raising the Requisite Capital for the Projects.

Mass Housing Development Projects in Nigeria and Ghana

Ziyanda Capital is engaged with a couple of clients (State Governments and private sector companies) who are interested in undertaking mass housing developing projects, where Ziyanda Capital is assisting with the following:

  2. Finalisation of town planning requirements; 
  3. Finalisation of land ownership confirmation as well as the requisite land usage agreements;
